IMGLAD stands for Iskandar Malaysia Graduates Leadership Assessment and Development Programme. This is a collaboration between Iskandar Malaysia Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Research Centre (IMREC)and Deloitte to develop a graduate leadership programme in order to build a sustainable leadership pipeline in Iskandar Malaysia.
