Updates for IMGLAD Employability Programme

First of all, we would like to thank and congratulate all participants who attended our Interview & Assessment session last week at our Damansara Office.

Just a quick update, registration for the programme is still open but the closing date is not very far away.

Anyway, we caught up with a few of our participants and asked them of what they felt after listening to the scope of the programme and having gone through the sessions of the day.

IMGLAD Employability Programme

The Iskandar Malaysia Graduate Leadership Assessment and Development (IMGLAD) Employability Programme is a government initiative to equip graduates with the skills and experiences needed to enhance their employment opportunities.





Work-Life Simulations

During this coaching period, actual working environments will be simulated. From dressing to work ethics, every aspect of this programme has been crafted to allow applicants to gain “working experience” and enhance their employment opportunities.


UK Deloitte Employability Initiative

Participants will develop skills based on modules designed by the UK Deloitte Employability Centre. Activities include topical discussions, debates and also programmes for personal development, effective communication etc.


Classroom Training + Internship

Graduates will undergo 3 months of classroom training followed by a 6-month internship at selected participating organisations and institutions including renowned Government-Linked Companies and Multinational Corporations.

Interview and Assessment Day 14th -16th Sep

IMGLAD held the Interview and Assessment Day last week at Uptown Damansara, Petaling Jaya.











Candidates shortlisted for the programne had to go through a series of assessments and interviews. Nothing too difficult, but challenging and rather interesting some might say.
